Lollipop Moments

Ted Talk Questions Drew Duddly "Lollipop Moments"

1.So, have you ever had a lollipop moment?
I have definitely had a lollipop moment of my own, I just can't seem to remember it because i must have not seen it as a very large deal. But my life is made up of lollipop moments.
2. Have you had the opportunity to provide someone else with a similar moment?
I have come by many opportunities to provide a lollipop moment and many I did provide a moment but
I bet I don't know I did it and neither does the person I helped.
3. Has this video changed your perceptions of leadership?
I have always believed on leadership on a smaller scale and saving 1 life is enough but this Ted Talk put my views of leadership in a new more accurate terms.
4. In what ways can we be conscious of the needs of the student body that even one person can leave IDCI feeling like they too have the power to change a life?
The most simple way to do this would be to show more appreciation when ever someone helps you or people you know. If you make someone feel very appreciated for the deed that they did for you they will feel like doing many more good deeds for others.

This just shows you that it is true that money can't buy happiness and that helping out around the world can change your life. It shows us that anyone from any background can make a difference in the world if he or she tries to and puts lots of effort in.

Oprah 's story is probably a big part to her success as well as her heart, these two things are probably what have made her almost worshipped by people everywhere and become an iconic person and influence north America for many years and many more to come.

This shows us that goodness is out there and we may think we are good but there are better and we will have to try our hardest to do the greatest we can and bring up points.

LOVE RACHAEL

One place I belong would have to be in my work place where it all comes naturally to me and I get to be in charge.

The zebra alone is a very easy to spot and hunt animal not blending into its surroundings at all makes it very weak and easy to obtain, but in large numbers and together they all look the same and getting one is much harder. Basically safety in numbers.

I believe Oscar Pistorius should be able to compete in these races due to the fact that he was allowed too and it would hjave taken a mental toll on him and his fans if he wasn't allowed to race.

So this fall I was part of the float crew that set up the IDCI float in Ingersoll, this process was much more dreadful then anticipated with many things needed to be done we decided to set it up at my house which turned out good for me and a few others set it up with time to spare and the float stayed the night at my place. The next morning it was arranged that my dad would drive and we would meet at my place in the morning and we all met up only to realize that both of our trucks were broken and dead that morning and it seemed that it wasn't gonna happen and many people panicked but calmly me, reece and my dad fixed the problem with the truck but knowing we couldn't use it we took control of the situation and arranged a vehicle from a friend and got to the parade in time and set everything up successfully. through the chaos the float ended up being pretty good.

These specific kids are the kids you are supposed to look up to, to give a speech about being a good Samaritan and then show acts such as these is ridiculous. It doesn't take a special to stop and help an old man in fact it is common curtsey for all kids to help him not just %10 of people. There are few people to look up to these days but those %10 those are the ones to look up to.
